Unfortunately, even BAD Products Sell due to Great Marketing! And, GREAT Products sit on the shelves unsold due to the lack of marketing and promotion! There are many examples of this. Even Santa's Toys would go unused and undelivered if it wern't for ALL of the ADVERTISING around Christmas Time! Heck, even DUST on PLASTIC would SELL if it were PUSHED Hard enough! There are ALL kinds of Good and BAD Products on the Market TODAY and NO matter which one(s) YOU Promote, the end result is determined by the Amounts of Money you throw or don't throw at them to force them to Sell! This is unfortunate, because in my opinion, Great Products should sell themselves and BAD Products should REMAIN on the Shelves due to POOR customer Demand. I wonder what used Toyotas are worth? However, most people are smart enough to know how to decipher and know the difference between the two. However, in a BAD Economy, it doesn't seem to matter, because good and bad products seem to sit on the shelves due to poor customer demand. Some Stores remain virtually EMPTY and have poor foot traffic throughout the store. In a BAD economy, people just don't have the MONEY to spend like they used to. I thought the Multi-BILLION Dollar "Stimulous Packages" were supposed to remedy this? You see, it takes M O N E Y to buy things and when people don't have JOBS, it makes it hard on everyone, sometimes even the rich. When the Government doesn't support small business, it creates a difficult situation and environment. People need MONEY to buy Homes, Cars and other things. HOW can people afford to buy things when they are unemployed and have NO income? Some may starve in the streets or commit crimes just to survive. Desperate times it seems, call for desperate measures. Sometimes it seems that we live in "Gridlock" and one economic force pushes against another which causes unnecessary Pain and Suffering in "The Greatest Nation on Earth?!" It seems that we have crossed the threashold due to an economic collapes caused by some greedy people on Wall Street. The Banks don't want to lend. But, it seems that they lend to people that need it the least and NOT to the people that need it the most. I've never understood this one folks. It seems that the Banks just don't want to take a chance on someone with great ideas and inventions and only support the people and Businesses that have ALREADY made it BIG and really don't need it. If you are a small business and are trying to get a loan, then you know what I mean. How can small businesses GROW if they can't ever get the Loans they need? Yes. Massive wealth was lost due to Wall Street greed and MILLIONS of JOBS are gone for "good?!" It seems that the three economic classes have molded into one. The Rich and the Poor. The Middle Class it seems, has left the arena and have been hung out to dry. Where was I? Oh Yes. Marketing. Boy I can ramble on and lose my train of thought! So, in a Nut Shell, Marketing a Product is very important and if you want to see the best results, use every marketing tool available. The FREE ones First of course!
